SELF ESTEEM AND CONFIDENCE
HOW IS YOUR CONFIDENCE RATING?
Some of us feel confident in our jobs but the complete opposite at home. Some of us feel confident with our children but not at work.
Some of us feel confident in some situations and with some people and disempowered with others.
Much of our lack of self esteem has its roots in childhood, our history, traumas and experiences and we are still believing some of the negative things our parents and other authority figures told us, even though now we might be in our twenties, forties and even seventies.
We never question if the bad things we tell ourselves are even true.

‘Thank you so much for your insights, understanding and patience with my problems.
I feel so much better about myself. I think everyone should have a ‘Diana’

Now’s the time to release these old programmes and value yourself for the unique person you are, remember your positive qualities and let go of what someone else may have have told you or thought about you when you were younger. Our parents were doing their best because of their past conditioning.
‘Children should be seen and not heard’ ‘You should do as you are told’, ‘You make mummy very angry because you are a bad girl/boy’ ‘You’re stupid’, ‘You will never be any good!’
Some of us heard better and some of us heard worse comments about ourselves and believed them. They still operate inside our heads and run on automatic pilot and we still believe them today.
Using a mixture of exploring, counselling and hypnotherapy can help you build self esteem, confidence and empower you to value yourself by getting you to change ‘your mind’ in, probably, the most relaxing session you have ever experienced. Sounds good?
Phone Diana Ballantyne now for an initial telephone consultation and feel better quickly.
